Ronald is an audit & tax expert and the managing partner of Ronalds LLP since inception. Ronald has spent several years auditing and advising organizations and companies in the profit and not for profit sectors and has extensive experience in audit of organizations in the Public sector, financial services and commercial sectors.
Ronald holds a degree in Accounting & Finance and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He is practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS),a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a member of Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).”I have also been a participant in numerous international and local trainings and conferences that have horned my skills in leadership and business advisory”.
Ronald is also an accredited Governance Auditor by the Institute of Certified Secretaries and is a board member on some few boards. He is also a trainer on various ICPAK forums especially on Cloud Accounting, International Standards on Auditing and Practice Management areas. In the past, Ronald was repeatedly invited as a radio talk show host at Radio Africa as an expert on financial matters affecting small and medium sized entities (SMEs).

He is a fellow at the Institute of the Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ,a member of good standing and holder of a practicing certificate .He has a successful career of over 40yrs in the Audit ,Accountancy and Commerce fields.
Stephen is an accomplished Financial and Investment advisor. He is an expert in External and Internal Audits, Financial Management, Project Management, Development of Financial Strategies, Corporate Strategy, Operations management and governance.
He has been instrumental in the inception and growth of some prestigious companies including: Equator Line, BoFocusplc, Chantrey Vellacott DFK Chartered Accountants and Longcrofts Chartered Accountants in the UK. He has also provided sound leadership in some other African companies propelling their growth these include: Madhavani international SA/Nile fosin South Africa, Reltex Tarpauins (Africa) EPZ Limited and Chronicle Group International Limited.
Noah .O. Ndakala
Noah is a Senior Partner and a member of the Advisory Board at Ronalds LLP. He has over 20 years of experience as a Finance & Audit expert. He has developed expertise in areas of Financial Reporting and Analysis, Business Restructuring and Performance Improvement, Risk Management Consulting and Governance, as well as Forensics and Investigation.
In the recent past he has consulted in various industries such as Financial and Service Sector, Real Estate and Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Public Sector as well as in the Public Benefit Organizations (PBOs) among others. Prior to joining Ronalds LLP, he worked for leading institutions among them Grant Thornton.
Noah is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and a MBA in Strategic Management from USIU-Africa. He sits on the board of KCA University Alumni and is also a Consultant/Trainer/Mentor for Business Incubation Africa – a leading micro enterprises incubation hub.

Peter is a member of the Advisory Board of Ronalds LLP. He has lived and worked in Kenya for over 20 years, holding senior positions at Bins(Nairobi)Services Limited and Wines of the World Limited before concentrating in independent consulting.
His particular expertise comes in Strategic and General Management and advising his clients on how to successfully grow their business with the resources needed to satisfy all stakeholders.
Thomas Warirah is a senior partner at Ronalds LLP. He is a Financial Management expert with experience spanning over 20 years.
Thomas has practical experience in Financial consulting, setting and implementing Financial SystemsAccountancy and Management reporting, Governance, Tax planning and compliance management, procurement and internal audit.
He has served in top finance positions in various multinationals including Coca Cola, Kenya East and Central Africa, Unga Group and Unga Farm Care East Africa. He has also worked in several audit and assurance firm. He joined Ronalds LLP from Alpha Probity Consult, a company he founded and has successfully run for the past six years.
Thomas is a practicing member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
He sits in the board of various organisationsincludingWaridi event, Kings Kids Village, Impala Chama, Fruit that Remains. He has also previously served as treasurer of the Rusinga School PTA, Trustee of the board of Coca-cola East Africa Staff Provident fund and chairman of Coca-cola Staff Cooperative Society.
